What are the changes found that turn out to be beneficial commonly?
First and foremost, a dietary change must be instituted. Eating fast foods and other highly processed foods must be curtailed. Fresh, whole and mostly raw foods are to be eaten instead of the unhealthy fare. Fats and oils must be cut back and no improperly processed oils belong in the diet; these include margarines, oleos and nearly all salad dressings and cooking oils. These are loaded with hydrogenated and omega-6 fats.

What happens when I eat the wrong fats and which are the healthiest fats to consume?
These types of fats promote a certain type of prostaglandin in you body, which promotes tumor formation and menstrual problems. In the place of these fats, you must start with an omega-3 fat supplement. This type of fat is a tumor fighter and promotes certain types of prostaglandins that induce proper and normal menstrual function. A tablespoon or two of quality raw flax seed oil(FSO) serves as an excellent omega-3 supplement. (We recommend that you purchase flax oil with the word ‘omegaflo’ on the label like Biotics Research FSO.)

Can there be help from Chiropractors?
As many as 75% of women with menstrual problems suffer from an unstable lower spine and pelvis. And this structural fault can interfere with nerves to the uterus and menstrual glands and organs. It is not unusual for women who suffer from unbearable menstrual cramps to be permanently relieved after a few chiropractic adjustments

What are 2 physical areas of problems that may lead to menstrual problems ?
They are the Colon and a Tipped Uterus A chronically congested, constipated, swollen or “dropped” (prolapsed) colon can put abnormal pressure on the uterus. This can often result in the uterus being forced into an abnormal position. Many gynecologists call this a “tipped” uterus (it is sort of tipped over).

What is the proper care for such problems?
In these cases, chronic constipation has to be resolved. Proper diet and the right regimen will resolve this problem.

What else can be done for a tipped utereus or one that has lost its' normal and correct position?
If you suffer from a dropped of tipped uterus, slant board exercises will be a must. This is where you lie flat on a slanted board with your feet about 18” higher than you head. Chiropractors designed an exercise while in this position called the uterine lift. While reclining, you simply use your hands to push in on you lower abdomen and “lift” your uterus region up toward your head. Bend your knees and pull up as you breath in and while sustaining the pressure breath out and straighten your legs.

What can be done to assit the Female Hormonal levels to stay balanced?
As discussed, each woman must be evaluated as to her individual nutritional needs. However, all women with menstrual problems would do well with nutritional support for the glands and organs that produce her hormones. These include the ovaries, thyroid, adrenals and pituitary gland.

How successful is the general treatment mentioned above and how long will it take?
Remember: Hit and miss holistic therapy will generally fail. Typical allopathic/medical therapy can be dangerous and disabling. And an individual analysis may be necessary to resolve serious problems. However, most women will improve using the changes discussed here. More normal menstrual function usually starts within 90 days, with resolution of the problem within 12-18 months.

Where does the above information come from?

IS THERE ANY NATURAL HELP FOR VAGINAL DRYNESS
Vaginal dryness is a symptom that women find most annoying. It is most associated with menopause, but it also occurs due to childbirth, stress, or birth control pills. It may be a problem during sex only, or it may cause an itching or burning sensation all the time. There are many ways to deal with the problem. Which one an each woman chooses depends on: how quickly she needs lubrication, what her sexual desires are, whether or not she wants to make a trip to the drugstore, convenience, and what other menopausal or gynecological problems she has. Do It Yourself More Water, More Sex A woman can't make her own secretions without adequate fluid intake. Frequent sexual stimulation alone or with a partner keeps the flow going. Herbs The homeopathic agents with claims of relieving vaginal dryness are: belladonna, bryonia, and lycopodium. Herbs are dong quai or motherwort for about a week. There is no scientific research supporting or refute these claims. Ginseng has some limited scientific support for effectiveness in vaginal dryness. Vitamin E Some women open a capsule and squirt the oil in the vagina. The regimen is daily for the first week or so, then once or twice a week. As it is an oil, break-down of condoms, overgrowth of bacteria, or other disruption of the normal flora are issues. While adequate oral vitamin E intake has long been associated with healthy skin, there is nothing to suggest that using E vaginally is any more effective than any plain oil. Soy Soy flour (6 tablespoons) and flaxseed (2 tablespoons) have been shown to improve vagina moisture. This is thought to be from the natural estrogen-like actions of soy and flaxseed. If a woman needs or wants to avoid estrogens, then this is not a good option. It takes about six weeks to kick in.

 Is MERCURY TOXICITY Common?
If you think mercury contamination is not a health issue you need to be concerned about, think again.  You may think you're safe as long as you don't work in the metals or chemical industries or handle broken mercury thermometers, but unfortunately, there are more mainstream avenues for mercury exposure that put millions of people at risk each year.

What is mercury?

Mercury is heavy metal that can be toxic to humans and animals.  As a metallic natural element, mercury is not biodegradable, but rather accumulates in the soil, water, plant material, animal and human tissue.  Mercury accumulates in higher and higher concentrations up the food chain, a process known as bio-concentration, putting humans at greatest dietary exposure.

Why is mercury hazardous to your health?

Mercuric compounds may cause cellular and organ damage throughout the body through lipid peroxidation, oxidative stress, and mitochondrial dysfunction.

These latter three items refer to the type of cellular damage that can be caused by metals that ultimately may give rise to symptoms and health problems.  Three forms of mercury exist: elemental mercury (liquid metal mercury), inorganic salts (found in calomel, mercurous chloride) and organic mercury (such as methyl mercury) which is formed by natural processes.

When metallic mercury is ingested, it may cause damage to the mucous membranes of the gastrointestinal tract.  When mercury vapor is inhaled (elemental mercury), it causes damage to the lungs, and can cause serious damage to the brain, central nervous system and other organs.  Since the body attempts to detoxify and eliminate mercury through the liver and kidneys, these organs are at particularly high risk for damage.  However, any organ or organ system can be involved causing virtually any symptom.

Inorganic mercury salts such as mercuric sulfide and mercuric oxide (found in pesticides, antiseptics, some laxatives, and some topical skin ointments) interfere with sulfur-containing enzymes and metabolic processes, but all forms of mercury may overwhelm sulfur-containing enzyme systems of detoxification.

What are the symptoms of mercury poisoning (especially chronic exposure) ?
This depends upon the organs involved, but also may be inconsistent as various physiologic compensations may occur.  Symptoms of mercury toxicity may be elusive and easily confused with symptoms of other mental and physical conditions, especially Alzheimer's disease and dementia in the elderly.  Some signs and symptoms of mercury toxicity are listed below:

Addison's disease
Allergies
Alzheimer's diease

What are the sources of mercury contamination?

The greatest sources of atmospheric mercury include industrial air, soil, and water pollution from mining, smelting, paper manufacturing, and burning of fossil fuels.

Besides environmental pollution and occupational exposure, mercury amalgams are a significant source of mercury contamination.  Mercury in dental fillings has been used for over 150 years and is still used for more than 100,000,000 fillings each year in the United States.  Chewing releases trace amounts of mercury into the blood.  Consumption of fish and other seafoods is another siginificant contributing source.  Predacious fish such as swordfish and tuna contain an average of fifty times higher concentrations of mercury than fish that are lower on the oceanic food chain.  Other sources include antiseptics, medical ointments, pesticides, fumigants, cosmetics, medical instruments, pharmaceuticals, vaccinations cultured in mercury thimerosal (vaccines), dyes, printing inks, photographic equipment, wood preservers, and certain types of batteries.

How can one be tested accurately  for mercury contamination and other metal toxicity ?

There are numerous tests recommended to assess mercury exposure and accumulation in the body.

The first, whole blood plasma mercury, is a test that correlates with levels of mercury in the central nervous system and with total body levels.

The second, red blood cell membrane mercury is a blood test that reveals the levels of mercury stored in the blood cells and gives clues about the glutathione detoxification pathway.  Red blood cells are the body's first defense against mercury.  Red blood cells produce gluathione peroxidase and glutathione S-transferase, powerful detoxification chemicals that bind to mercury, forming a conjugated glutathione-mercury complex that is transported to the liver for detoxification and elimination.  Red blood cells are best for evaluating mercury metal that is oxidized into mercuric ions and carried in these cells.

The third is the urine test to measure levels of mercury, lead, arsenic, thallium, and cadmium.  Urine seems to be a better test to assess long-term mercury exposure, but does not correlate very well with symptoms.  As bowel movements are a major route of elimination of organic mercury, stool sampling may be another useful test for mercury as well.

The fourth is the "electrical charge" test.

The fifth is the EAV or NES scan/assessment.  Hair mineral analysis is generally not considered an effective tool for measuring mercury except in cases of high levels of oocupational exposure (e.g. dental workers).  Before performing any type of mercury testing, the individual should refrain from consuming all fish for 24 hours prior to the testing.  However, if high levels are found on testing, the patient should refrain from consuming fish for 3-4 weeks before re-testing.

Muscle Testing may not fully access the levels present and may be used in conjunction with other tests.

What are methods of TREATING MERCURY CONTAMINATION AND OTHER METAL TOXICITY?

If blood, urinary, EAV, NES, Electrical Charge testing reveals higher than normal mercury and other toxic metals. a variety of nutritional approaches may be recommended, always taking into consideration the individual's other health concerns and conditions.

The health of a person's liver and detoxification systems is a crucial factor in determining how well one's body deals with  mercury exposure.

An initial measure is to eliminate all suspected sources of mercury.  Most often, multiple sources, over time, cause chronic accumulation.

Chelation is a therapy of choice that safely and effectively binds up and removes certain forms of metals from the body.  Chelation may be approached through either oral supplementation or via intravenous chelation therapy.  The form of chelation to be used depends on the type and source of metals and the overall health of the individual.

It is important to understand that as metals are being removed from storage in tissue sites their levels may temporarily increase in the blood, plasma, urine, and in EAV and NES scans before they are excreted and ultimately lowered.  Symptoms may or may not occur during the process of chelating metals from the body.

Why is Scientology used by Dr Springer and why is it controversial.

Dr Springer first used Scientology to handle STUDY TROUBLE and found it worked.   He then decided to find out What is Dianetics?  Dr Springer continued to do courses to learn about how to improve relationships with applying the tool of COMMUNICATION. Next he was drawn to understand and apply the breakthroughs made in overcoming ILLNESS & INJURIES as well as how to overcome UPS & DOWNS in life.

He continues what he started in 1983, applying the above and learning more ro use to improve tthe conditons in his life and the lives of others.

Now in 2006 he has also seen 1,000's of other individuals improve their lives with the use of Dianetics and Scientology. He has found vitamins and Chiropractic work only when the person is able to more comfortably confront stress and understand the cause of stress better.

Addressing the “Controversy”

Like all new ideas, Scientology has come under attack by the uninformed and those who feel their vested interests are threatened. As Scientologists have openly and effectively advocated social reform causes, they have become the target of attacks. For those vested interests who cling to a status quo that is detrimental to society, Scientology, with its workable methods of making the able more able and teaching people to think for themselves, poses a serious threat.

Moreover, there are certain characteristics and mental attitudes that cause a percentage of the population to oppose violently any betterment activity or group. This small percentage of society (roughly 2 percent) cannot tolerate that Scientology is successful at improving conditions around the world. This same 2 percent is opposed to any self-betterment activity. The reason they so rabidly oppose Scientology is because it is doing more to help society than any other group. As the falsehoods are proven lies, the controversy quickly fades, and the truth about Scientology, what the Church really is and what its members do, replaces it.

The antisocial personality

Those who are upset by seeing individuals get better are small in number compared to the millions who have embraced Scientology and its efforts to create a sane civilization and more freedom for the individual.
