Refund and Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy for unopened items. Due to the nature of these products, items must be unopened and in original condition for returns. There is a NO RETURN policy on opened items.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start a return, please call us at (866) 551-8487 before sending the products back to us. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The customer will be responsible for return shipping.
If the return is due to our error or a product defect, we will be responsible for the return shipping. All returned items must be unopened.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds are ordinarily processed and posted to your original method of payment in 3-5 business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a damaged or defective product, send us an email at email@example.com or call us at (866) 551-8487 for instructions on returns for replacement.
Please be advised that the time it may take for your exchanged product/s to reach you may vary and we are not responsible for shipment times, including delays, once you package is in the hands of the carrier.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
When shipping, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The shipping carrier is responsible for the package until it arrives at our office.
